Delivery and Returns Policy


Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processes.


Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept refunds.

• Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. This includes the return shipment of the original item and the delivery cost of the replacement item.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.


How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at support@nomoretalk.shop with your order number and exchange request.

2. Once your request is approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

3. After inspection, we will process the exchange and ship your replacement item.
